We suggest to make sure they either gaurantee verification or get a refund.

This mean that Nusuk are reviewing your application and will advise when verified or rejected.

Package Related FAQ's

Packages are expected to be available for viewing on the Nusuk website in January 2025, with bookings expected to open in February 2025 inshaAllah.

Non Shifting Packages:

The package designed with Set hotel stays in Makkah and Madinah, that is, the hotel in check into in Makkah is the same throughout your stay, even during the Hajj Days in Mina.

Shifting Packages:

In a Shifting Package, you will “Shift” from a 5* Makkah hotel (after staying at least 4-5 nights), to another hotel outside the Haram area (usually during the Hajj Mina camp days).

This allows for a cheaper package, while still benefiting from having part of you stay in Makkah in a Luxury hotel next to the Haram.

Group Flights:

Group Flights are pre arranged flights attached to packages, with a fixed Non Changeable departure and return date.

Packages with group flights will be sold in the first round of bookings.

Custom Flights:

Custom flights are flights you can select during the booking process to give you flexibility of where you want to fly from. All packages will have Custom Flight options.

Packages with Custom Flight options will be sold in the 2nd, 3rd and if required the 4th round of bookings.

In 2025, the booking frenzy lasted for four rounds, so relax! Even if you’re not getting a group flight in the first round or somehow missed the second round, Nusuk kept the Australian Hajj dream alive by continuously increasing the quota until there were no more people wanting packages!!

The Ministry of Hajj and Umrah have advised that children 15 and under will not be accepted for Hajj this year.

Due to the summer heat during Hajj in 2026, anyone over 70 years old is encouraged to see your medical practitioner to ensure you are OK to travel for Hajj.

It was mandatory to be vaccinated against meningitis (ACWY) and highly recommended to have had Covid-19 vaccination.

Current guidelines are as follows for Australia:

Required Vaccinations:

Certain vaccination requirements are in place for those planning to participate in Hajj or be within the Hajj areas, including adults and children aged one year or older. These requirements are as follows:

1.Neisseria Meningitidis: It is compulsory to possess a valid vaccination certificate showing that you have received the quadruple meningitis vaccine (ACYW) if you wish to attend Hajj or enter Hajj areas. This vaccine should have been administered ten days before your arrival in the Hajj areas. Acceptable vaccines include:• Quadruple (ACYW) polysaccharide vaccine, with a validity period not exceeding three years since vaccination.• Quadruple conjugate (ACYW) vaccine, with a validity period not exceeding five years since vaccination.

Recommended Vaccination:

SARS-COV-2 (Covid-19):All prospective Hajj pilgrims aged 12 years or older, are mandated to complete all the required doses of one of the Kingdom-approved Covid-19 vaccines.

Seasonal Influenza: It is advisable for all individuals traveling to the Hajj regions, including pilgrims, seasonal workers, and others, to receive the seasonal flu vaccine at least ten days before arriving in the Kingdom. This recommendation is especially important for pregnant women, children under five, the elderly, and individuals with chronic illnesses or weakened immune systems. The Ministry of Health recommends that pilgrims from countries using the northern half vaccine receive the southern half vaccine at least ten days before they arrive in the Kingdom.

General Health Recommendations:It is important to note that medical insurance is not automatically provided for pilgrims during Hajj. Therefore, pilgrims should consult their service provider to obtain information about local medical services. For added peace of mind during their Hajj journey, pilgrims should consider securing comprehensive insurance coverage.
