Travel plans were given to us beforehand and good instructions of the steps/ rules of Umrah. Hotels were really close to Haram and Masjid al Nawabi. Brother Hani, Yusuf and sister Adeeba were always proactively helping us with every problems we were facing. Sheikh Imam Saleh also made our experience memorable by describing the importance of each places, events, where to make duas and what dua to make. Brother Yusuf was extremely helpful in the lead up to the trip with all my questions and queries and was always available to go above and beyond to help me. The regular talks/lectures were very insightful and the organisation of the trip overall was very helpful. For example SIM cards were organised as soon as we arrived in Madinah. We had regular updates by the organisers and they readily took on any feedback and happily assisted us as needed. Would definitely recommend! Thank you for everything. read lessShejuti H.11/09/23 – GoogleCanβt speak highly enough of Islamic Travel. From the very beginning I felt like I was dealing with family. I needed to book separate flights to the group and Brother Yusuf really surprised me by his dedication to making sure I got the best flight options, he did his own research and sent me recommendations to fit my schedule and budget. I was mentally prepared to do it myself, but he made it his concern too! Throughout the journey, Brother Yusuf and Sister Adeeba looked after us all with the utmost care. Their experience and sincerity showed at every step. From choosing hotels that were close to the venue, sending us good options for necessities such as SIM cards, laundry, exchange etc, taking us on walking tours to help us become familiar with the areas and history (and providing back up tours for anyone who couldnβt make the initial one), to ma sha Allah the restaurant recommendations. Teaming up with Benevolence for our particular trip brought a whole other level of barakah, Alhumdulillah. The spiritual knowledge and guidance we received from Brother Ramzi and Sister Saara etc. were unparalleled. They also facilitated a guided umrah for us all, and paced themselves to keep the groups together and make it as easy for us as possible. All facilitators were always happy to answer our questions and constantly checked in with us to gain feedback throughout the trip and see what we wanted to do. If we wanted to do anything outside of the itenirary they used their local knowledge to facilitate it and make sure we got the best experience. The group truly became a family and this is largely attributed to the efforts of Brothers Yusuf and Ramzi and Sisters Adeeba and Saara. Could go on and on. We travelled as a family with 3 young kids, so flexibility was a priority for us. Alhamdulillah Br Yusuf was very patient with us all throughout. He explained the stories of the sahabas to the children in a manner that they understood, was happy to take as many breaks as we needed while sticking to the planned program. We were worried children wonβt enjoy the historic tour, but they learned so much from it and loved it. He even kindly dropped us off to the border to go and visit Palestine and gave us contacts for tour guides in Palestine. I would highly recommend him. read lessRose N.14/03/23 – GoogleTruly one of the best agencies to plan the Umrah I am happy to have dealt with them.
